map16 Appoints Matthew Kelly as Director of Growth and Strategy

15th September 2025 – map16 Asset Management is pleased to announce the appointment of Matthew Kelley as its new Director of Growth and Strategy. This strategic appointment reflects map16’s commitment to accelerating its expansion, strengthening client partnerships, and driving innovation across the asset management sector.

Matthew is an accomplished director with extensive commercial, operational, and business development expertise. His career spans more than two decades, with proven successes in business transformation, strategic growth, and client engagement across construction and infrastructure. Known for his strong technical understanding and focused leadership style, Matthew has consistently delivered effective and collaborative outcomes within complex contractual environments.

Prior to joining map16, Matthew held senior leadership positions at Brightly, where he served as Client Engagement Director and led on Public Infrastructure Technology Solutions. His career also includes significant roles such as Director of Highways at Capita, Bid Director at Amey, and Divisional Manager at Ringway Infrastructure Services. Earlier in his career, Matthew built a strong international portfolio with senior roles in the United States, including at J. Robert Nolan LLC, Botany Bay Inc, and Crowder Construction Company, where he was recognised for his impact on revenue growth and operational transformation.

In his new role, Matthew will be responsible for spearheading map16’s growth strategy, enhancing client relationships, and exploring new market opportunities. His appointment comes at a pivotal time for the business as map16 continues to expand its offerings and strengthen its position as a leader in asset management technology and solutions.
