map16 announces ‘Powerhouse’ Partnership with Lincolnshire County Council

We are thrilled to announce that we are now working with Lincolnshire County CouncilBalfour Beatty Living Places and Flowline to manage the council’s drainage network across the county. This partnership marks a significant step forward in our mission to deliver strengthened infrastructure solutions and ensure sustainable management of essential public services.

At the beginning of the summer, we began conducting comprehensive training sessions with Flowline crews and operational teams across the organisations involved, familiarising everyone with the new processes and technologies. Feedback from the start was hugely positive, around the ease, speed, and efficiency of the new data collection process. The training not only equipped the teams with the necessary skills to get the most out of map16 Mobile but also fostered a sense of strong collaboration and set a strong foundation for the project's success.

This project is a special one as it’s the first to entirely facilitate map16 Mobile, map16’s new mapping and data collection app. Map16 Mobile represents a significant advancement in data collection and asset management. The app's intuitive interface and powerful features make it easier than ever for field crews to capture and transmit data in real-time, ensuring that decision makers have access to the most up to date information. By streamlining data collection and analysis, users can respond more quickly to issues, plan more effectively for maintenance and upgrades, and ultimately deliver a higher level of service to the residents of Lincolnshire. This partnership will ensure effective and efficient drainage management across Lincolnshire. Our combined expertise and resources allow us to be well-equipped to tackle the challenges of maintaining a robust drainage network and safeguarding its communities.

This partnership powerhouse will ensure efficient and effective drainage management across Lincolnshire, and we look forward to working together to strengthen the counties resilience and sustainability. We are proud to be working with Lincolnshire County Council, Balfour Beatty Living Places, and Flowline, and we are eager to see the benefits of this collaboration unfold.
